While we provide instructions on how to measure your nails in millimetres, the final accuracy of the measurements depends entirely on the customer. CNails does not guarantee a perfect fit if measurements are taken incorrectly. We display our product images as accurately as possible; however, actual colors and designs may vary slightly due to device screen settings and the handmade nature of our nail sets.

Data Protection: We process all payments securely through trusted, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your raw credit card or bank details. Shipping Policy

CNails Printing Studio — Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing CNails Printing Studio! We carefully package and dispatch all custom orders from our studio in Windhoek. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1. Processing & Production Times

Handmade Custom Orders: Because each press-on nail set is custom-made to your specific design and millimetre (mm) measurements, orders require a production time of [3–5] business days before they are shipped.
Production times may vary during peak seasons or for complex custom designs. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas

We offer delivery within Windhoek and nationwide across Namibia. Delivery fees are calculated separately from the product price at checkout.

Windhoek Delivery:
- Free Collection: Nampost, Ausspannplatz, Windhoek. (WhatsApp 0813500099 or send an email to cnailsprintingstudio@gmail.com to set time)
- Delivery Time: [Same day or Next business day- Free collection or Yango] once production is complete.
- Yango pickup - customer requests yango pickup. (Text / call for time of pickup - 0813500099.)
Nationwide Delivery (via Nampost):
- Fee: N$75 – N$120 (depending on package size/exact location)
- Delivery Time: [ 2–4 business days] once dispatched. A tracking number will be provided to you.

3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Liability

Correct Information: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, contact number, and Nampost box/counter details. CNails is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us by Nampost because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for paying a new shipping fee to have the package resent.

4. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

Once a package is handed over to Nampost or our local courier, transit delays are outside of our direct control.
If your package arrives visibly damaged due to transit, please document the damage with photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at [Insert Email/Phone] so we can assist you.
Courier Third-Party Delay: Once your custom nail order leaves the CNails Printing Studio, transit times are handled entirely by third-party services (local couriers or Nampost). CNails is not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by courier backlogs, weather, or postal disruptions.
Address Errors: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number at checkout. CNails is not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.
Unclaimed Nampost Packages: If a nationwide package is returned to our studio because it was left unclaimed at a Nampost counter, the customer will be required to pay a new delivery fee to have the package shipped a second time.
Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery fees are paid directly to the shipping providers and are strictly non-refundable once your package has been dispatched from our studio.

Refund Policy

At CNails Printing Studio, we pride ourselves on creating high-quality, custom press-on nails. Because our products are custom-made to your exact specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.

Custom Sizing & No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Every set of press-on nails is made specifically according to your selected design, shape, length, quantity, and millimetre (mm) measurements.
Sizing Errors: We cannot offer cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds if you provide incorrect measurements or select the wrong size. It is the customer's responsibility to measure carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we make a mistake, we will fix it. We offer replacements or adjustments under the following strict conditions:

Reporting Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Proof Required: Please email or message us with your order number and clear, well-lit photos showing the damage, defect, or production error.
Evaluation: Once we assess the photos, if the error or damage occurred on our end before dispatch, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees (N$75–N$120 for Nampost) cover the cost of the third-party courier service. Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, the delivery fee is completely non-refundable, unless required under Namibian consumer law.

Refund & cancellation Disclaimer

All Custom Sales Final: Every nail set from CNails Printing Studio is handmade & printed specifically to your chosen design, shape, length, and millimetre (mm) measurements. Because these products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
No Refunds for Sizing Errors: CNails is not liable for poorly fitting nails if the measurements provided by the customer are incorrect. It is your sole responsibility to measure your nails accurately before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a production error, you must notify us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery. Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit.
Fees Non-Refundable: Shipping and delivery fees are paid directly to our courier partners and are completely non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
